Aston University:

Founded in 1895 and a University since 1966, Aston is a long established research-led University known for its world-class teaching quality and strong links to industry, government and commerce.  Each year, Aston ranks highly in the league tables of UK universities published by The Times, The Independent and The Guardian.

Birmingham International Airport is a 20 minute drive or taxi ride from Aston. Several trains an hour run from Birmingham New Street Station direct to the airport and take less than 10 minutes.  The airport has flights within the UK and across Europe, the Indian subcontinent, the Middle East and North America.
