The University of Alberta’s nickname is U of A, established in 1908 located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. U of A is one of the top-rankings universities in Canada and ranked among the Top 100 Global universities by QS World University Rankings 2026. The university is also one of Canada’s biggest universities with more than 46,000 students.

The university has over 200 undergraduate programs for students to explore. The area of study they can choose include Accounting and Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Linguistics, Media and Technology Studies, Engineering, Public health, and etc. Furthermore, the University of Alberta has a state-of-the-art Library that contains more than 10 million volumes in both print and electronic formats.

Students will also get the opportunity to choose a Co-op program and work placement of up to 20 months at the University of Alberta and make a step closer to their career goal. While receiving consultations at Mock interview clinics or meet with Career Directors to plan their future success, including Career Fairs that the student can join for free.
