Location:  Silom (Head Office)

Working hours: This may be either Monday – Friday 10.00 – 18.00 or Tuesday – Friday 10.00-18.00 and Saturday 10.00-16.00

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding university processes
  • Submitting applications to UK university partners
  • Updating internal records to maintain accurate information about university partners and processes
  • Updating counsellors with information provided by university partners about student applications
  • Monitoring email inboxes managed by the admissions team
  • Undertaking data entry tasks
  • Supporting Hands On external event, including Education fairs
  • Updating both our students and our student records with updates on university applications
  • Supporting other teams during peak periods, such as the Events Team
  • Working weekends during peak periods
  • Providing support to the Admissions Manager and / or Operations Manager with tasks / duties as required
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the Admissions Manager and / or Operations Manager

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Strong knowledge of basic computer programs, Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet
  • Fluent communication in English (TOEIC score 500 up)
  • Teamwork skills, good attitude, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good problem solving skills 
  • Planning and Organisation
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Cross-cultural understanding and communication skills
  • Only Thai nationality

Salary range:  

18,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Adding and maintaining office events on website and calendar
  • Monitor registrations and promote office events when necessary
  • Collecting, scanning, uploading of office visit interview sheets for counsellors to follow up
  • Supporting the preparation, operation, and follow up of all internal and external events
    • Inviting and tracking university attendance
    • Planning logistics of event such as floorplans, freight, staff roles, schedule
    • Support running of event on the day, troubleshoot problems
    • Post event analysis, follow up of forms and spreadsheets
  • Liaise with hotel venues for quotes, confirmations, and confirming event plans and details
  • Liaise with university partners to resolve issues, through email and telephone
  • Support when required the admissions team members responsible for checking and following up with universities on specific cases and general inboxes
  • Represent the company at Education fairs
  • Provide support to the Events Manager with tasks/duties as required
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the Events Manager

  • Follow up prospective customers / enquirers (via telephone, LINE, email, etc…)
  • Participate in education events with partner universities
  • To follow online enquiries and convert these to customers
  • Advising potential students on their study options in the UK and sharing your experience of studying in the UK
  • Maintaining customer files & keeping contact with student customers
  • Helping with the application process through to the acceptance process and their preparations to go to study in the UK
  • Assisting with our marketing campaigns
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Male/Female age not over 30 Thai nationality (no work permit provided)
  • Masters level degree from the UK
  • Fluent written and spoken English (essential)
  • Excellent communication and team work skills (essential)
  • Enthusiastic, open-minded with a strong commitment to customer service (essential)
  • Ability to work on weekends during peak season (essential)
  • Able to work under pressure of management requirements from time to time (essential)
  • Experience working within the higher education industry (advantage) (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
