Specifically, we are looking for the following positions:

Location : Silom

Responsibilities :

  • Calling prospect customers / enquiries in the database
  • To follow online enquiries, participate in education’s events and convert these to customers
  • Advising potential students on their study options in the UK and sharing your experience of studying in the UK
  • Maintaining customer files & keeping contact with student customers
  • Helping students from application process through acceptance process and their preparations to go to study in the UK
  • Assisting with our marketing campaigns and activities
  • Report direct to General Manager and Other responsibilities assigned by Hands On Management Team

Qualifications :

  • Masters level degree from the UK
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Enthusiasm, open-minded and a commitment to customer service
  • Ability to work on weekend during peak season
  • Experience in the Education’s industry would be advantage
  • Able to work under pressure of management requirements from time to time
  • Only Thai nationals are eligible for this position
