Location: Rama 2

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors to the office in a professional manner
  • Answer telephones, take messages as required
  • Support the office team with the student application process
  • Manage the orders of office  stationery
  • Liaise with the Office building and external vendors as required
  • Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Handle Petty Cash and assist with daily accounting
  • Support marketing activities with the arrangement of seminars and events
  • Assist with the application process through to the  acceptance process by maintaining student records and documents
  • Assist with checking documents for student applications and the visa process
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Vocational Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in any field. Excellent knowledge of basic computer programs, Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet.
  • Female with at least 1 years working experience.
  • Good English (spoken & written)
  • Good attitude, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Ability to work on weekends during peak season.
  • Thai nationality (no work permit Provided)

Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday 10.00-18.00

Salary:

  • 16,000 THB to 17,000 THB per month

Location : Chidlom

Responsibilities :

  • Calling prospective customers / enquirers
  • Participate in education events with partner universities
  • To follow online enquiries and convert these to customers
  • Advising potential students on their study options in the UK and sharing your experience of studying in the UK
  • Maintaining customer files & keeping contact with student customers
  • Helping with the application process through to the  acceptance process and their preparations to go to study in the UK
  • Assisting with our marketing campaigns
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director

Qualifications :

  • Masters level degree from the UK
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Enthusiasm and a commitment to customer service
  • Ability to work on weekends during peak season
  • Experience in this industry would be an advantage

  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Enthusiastic, open-minded and a commitment to customer service
  • Ability to work on weekends during peak season
  • Experience in the Education industry would be an advantage
