Location:  Silom (Head Office)

Working hours:  This may be either Monday – Friday 10.00 – 18.00 or  Tuesday – Friday 10.00 – 18.00 and Saturday 10.00 – 16.00

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a team of counselling staff focused on assisting students applying to study in the USA & Canada
  • Assist in developing the USA/Canada destination market for Hands On
  • Communicate with USA/Canada University representatives
  • Follow up prospective customers / enquirers (via telephone, LINE, email, etc…)
  • Participate in education events with partner universities
  • Advise potential students on their study options in the USA/Canada and share your experience of studying overseas
  • Maintain customer files & keep in contact with student customers
  • Help students with the application process through to the acceptance process and their preparations to go to study in the USA/Canada
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and activities
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the management team

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Female age not over 30 Thai nationality (no work permit provided)
  • Experience leading a team (essential)
  • Masters level degree from overseas include UK: USA or Canada preferred (but not essential)
  • Fluent written and spoken English (essential)
  • Excellent communication and team work skills (essential)
  • Enthusiastic, open-minded with a strong commitment to customer service (essential)
  • Ability to work on weekends during peak season (essential)
  • Able to work under pressure of management requirements from time to time (essential)
  • Experience working within the higher education industry (advantage) (Fresh graduates are also welcome)

Responsibilities:

  • To handle and answer appropriately for incoming and outgoing calls as well as taking message and forward to the respective staffs or related department.
  • To welcome and greet visitors both Thai and Foreigner.
  • To receive and distribute mails or courier to relevant staffs.
  • To perform administrative tasks of the department as assigned by direct manager.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years working experience as receptionist in multinational company. (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
  • Moderate written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Enthusiasm
  • Male / Female. Only Thai Nationality (no work permit provided)
  • Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation skills and highly service minded
  • Ability to use computer
  • Ability to work on weekend during peak season.
