Admissions Assistant (2 positions)

Location:  Silom (Head Office)

Working hours: This may be either Monday – Friday 10.00 – 18.00 or Tuesday – Friday 10.00-18.00 and Saturday 10.00-16.00

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding university processes
  • Submitting applications to UK university partners
  • Updating internal records to maintain accurate information about university partners and processes
  • Updating counsellors with information provided by university partners about student applications
  • Monitoring email inboxes managed by the admissions team
  • Undertaking data entry tasks
  • Supporting Hands On external event, including Education fairs
  • Updating both our students and our student records with updates on university applications
  • Supporting other teams during peak periods, such as the Events Team
  • Working weekends during peak periods
  • Providing support to the Admissions Manager and / or Operations Manager with tasks / duties as required
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the Admissions Manager and / or Operations Manager

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Strong knowledge of basic computer programs, Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet
  • Fluent communication in English (TOEIC score 500 up)
  • Teamwork skills, good attitude, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good problem solving skills 
  • Planning and Organisation
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Cross-cultural understanding and communication skills
  • Only Thai nationality

Salary range:  

18,000 per month
