Location: Silom (Head Office)

 

Working hours : Monday – Friday 10.00-18.00 from 26/04/2019 to 25/09/2019

 

Responsibilities :

– To perform administrative tasks of the department as assigned by managers.

– assess student applications to determine suitability for our courses

– Liaise with overseas team, clients and partners by email, skype and telephone.

– Undertake research and compile reports at the request of management.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in any field. (Fresh graduates are welcomed)

– Excellent knowledge of basic computer programs, Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet

– Fluent communication in English (TOEIC score 600+ ), including excellent reading, writing, and listening skills.

– Teamwork skills, good attitude, independent and able to work under pressure, attention to detail, good problem-solving skills

– Willingness to work flexible hours where required. (including some weekends during critical periods)

– Only Thai nationality

– May able to Participate in education events with partner universities

– Maintain customer files & keep in contact with student customers

– Assist with marketing campaigns and activities

– Offer after sale support if need

– Thai nationality (no work permit provided)

– Any Bachelor level degree from Thailand include overseas (but not essential)

– Fluent written and spoken English (essential)

– Assisting with students on what documents are needed for visa application and visa process (by counselors’ allocation)

– Assisting with students on accommodation and air ticket booking (by counselors’ allocation)

– Other responsibilities as assigned by counselors and supervision approved by General Manager
