Specifically, we are looking for the following positions:

Location:  Silom (Head Office)

Working hours: This may be either Monday – Friday 10.00 – 18.00 or Tuesday – Friday 10.00-18.00 and Saturday 10.00-16.00

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up prospective customers / enquirers (via telephone, LINE, email, etc…)
  • Participate in education events with partner universities
  • To follow online enquiries and convert these to customers
  • Advising potential students on their study options in the UK and sharing your experience of studying in the UK
  • Maintaining customer files & keeping contact with student customers
  • Helping with the application process through to the acceptance process and their preparations to go to study in the UK
  • Assisting with our marketing campaigns
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Male/Female age not over 30 Thai nationality (no work permit provided)
  • Masters level degree from the UK
  • Fluent written and spoken English (essential)
  • Excellent communication and team work skills (essential)
  • Enthusiastic, open-minded with a strong commitment to customer service (essential)
  • Ability to work on weekends during peak season (essential)
  • Able to work under pressure of management requirements from time to time (essential)
  • Experience working within the higher education industry (advantage) (Fresh graduates are also welcome)

Responsibilities:

  • To perform administrative tasks of the department as assigned by managers.
  • Assess student applications to determine suitability for our courses
  • Communicate with overseas, clients and partners by email, Skype and telephone.
  • Undertake research and compile reports at the request of management.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Male or Female age not over 27 Thai Nationality Only (no work permit provided)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
  • Fluent communication in English (TOEIC score 500+), including excellent reading, writing, and listening skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet.
  • Teamwork skills, good attitude, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Eye for detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal mistakes.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions and implement changes.

Contract: Full time’s contract is for two years in the first instance, up to 4 months probation period.

Hands On Education Consultants was established in 2005 and specializes in advising Thai students who wish to study in UK Universities.  The company offers free advice and an application management service to students going to study at UK universities.  We specialize in British Higher Education and will offer advice on any aspect of the British Universities including the courses offered at Undergraduate, Masters and PhD level; the details of courses including the modules studied, the entry requirements and the course fees; the University facilities, reputation and history; the application and visa process; pre-departure arrangements.
