The Royal Agricultural University (RAU) has been at the forefront of agricultural education and a key contributor to the land-based sector for more than 170 years. With current global challenges, there has never been a more exciting time to consider a career in the land-based industries.

The Royal Agricultural University is the oldest agricultural college in the English-speaking world and has four separate schools hosting undergraduate, postgraduate and foundation courses in agriculture, business, equine and real estate & land management.

The Royal Agricultural University has been a leader in agricultural studies since its formation in 1845, and now hosts over 1,000 students every year from 40 different countries. The University maintains strong links with industry, offering work placements and unique networking opportunities to all.

The RAU has one of the highest levels of spending per student and an excellent rating of 82% in the National Student Survey for teaching excellence and 85.6% for the student experience, as rated by final year students. 97.5% of Royal Agricultural University graduates are in employment or further study within six months of leaving.
